It's a living, breathing document that replaces and surpasses the more traditional mission statement, vision statement, etc. It paints a clear picture of the immediate future, vividly, so that others can easily understand it, embrace it, and profit from it. But it's also a concept that we can share with our entire staff as well as our clients.

MY 2025 VIVID VISION...
When I was about 4 years old, I remember clearly that I desired nothing more than to become a firefighter. I told my parents and everyone I met, that was what I was going to do. They all either laughed or grinned and patted me on the head, saying something like, "sure you will, kid."
So I'm a little older and a little wiser now. But I have another incredible vision and I want to share it with you...
